By creating an account on TeamMates, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TeamMates. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform respectfully and honestly. Any abusive, fraudulent or harmful behaviour may result in immediate account suspension.
4. Identity Verification
TeamMates may require identity verification before you can participate in games. This is to maintain a safe and trusted community.
5. Hosting Responsibility
If you offer to host a game, you are responsible for ensuring the facility is safe, accessible and as described. TeamMates is not liable for any incidents at hosted locations.
6. Credits & Payments
Paid features, credits or subscriptions may be offered where clearly shown before purchase. Credits may be held when you request to join a game and returned if your request is declined or cancelled. Credits used for confirmed games are non-refundable. You can cancel any paid subscription at any time.
7. Changes to Terms
TeamMates reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
